But all that has come to naught as sick pixies, exhaustion, stress, anxiety and other *life issues* have intervened on Planet Baby. So no such posts tonight.
I hope to get back on track tomorrow once I've attending to some pressing matters. See you then!

I hope that all of you are feeling much better tomorrow. It sounds like some rest is just what you need. Take care lovely. xo
ReplyDeleteA wise choice, Miss Jane.
ReplyDeleteThe real world needs us more than this one sometimes.
:-)
Hello lovely,
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking of you as I received your beautiful letter today in the post. It's a struggle at times isn't it. It comes in waves. Ride them. Don't fight them. I keep telling my boys, it's a 'feeling' and it will pass. Looking at the moon right now and sending you love. A-M xx
hey sweet Jane....no rush from our point of view!
ReplyDeleteTake your time and get well all of you.
Lots of rest whenever you get the chance...fee x
one day at a time.....Jx
ReplyDeleteHow exciting that Joshies' 6th birthday is here and yes, this is totally the crazy time of year. Full of sickness, shopping, school activities and life issues in our house as well. As Jacki said - one day at a time and even one event at a time to get through it all. Thinking of you xx
ReplyDeleteJane, don't worry and dong feel you need to get everything done. It's ok buddy. All will be well :)
ReplyDeleteTake care of you and yours hon!! Big hugs to all.

It is sounding all too familiar.
ReplyDeleteJane, you just have to put yourself, the pixies and Hubby first and worry about the rest later.
Be kind to yourself and everything else will wait okay?
As a wise woman (I think it was Meredy from Count It All Joy) has said to me before, as long as everyone is fed and alive, you are doing a great job!
I had to remind myself of this yesterday and "let go" when I was at home sick and my Hubby had to step in and take the day off.
I resisted at first, but it was just what I needed.
Thinking of you and hoping some of that stress, sickness and anxiety eases soon.
Anything I can do?
Sometimes we need to have a "don't do" list rather than a "to do" list. Seasons, lovely girl. Hoping you have a really nice cup of tea or coffee today with a good book. M xo
ReplyDeleteOh thankyou, everyone, for your compassion and comfort. It's exactly what I need to hear now. They're all excellent suggestions. Trying to 'go gently' is my aim now. J x
ReplyDeletethinking of you sweetie :) as we know this too shall pass - many hugs le xox
ReplyDeleteHope things are getting better in your neck of the woods. You seem to have the right attitude though :) I have enough trouble keeping on top of life and that's without three little ones keeping me busy, so you should realise you are doing a great job!
ReplyDeleteOh poor dear Jane... just catching up now, hope things are on the up at Planet Baby. It IS so terribly difficult to juggle all the real life stuff and still manage time for the virtual world... I have been battling myself of late and always think of your bloggy rehab words. Problem is, if I try to give it up, I'll only miss it too much and come back anyway. Vicious cycle.
ReplyDeleteYou take good care please and give yourself all the time you need, we'll all be here ready to read when you do come back :o) xo
@Le, @Kate and @Julie, thanks so much for your kindness and compassion. You have huge hearts. J x
ReplyDeleteI hope your little pixies are feeling better. Sometimes we just have to stop and have a rest. Take care! Mimi xx
ReplyDeleteThanks, @Mimi - yes, all's better on the health front. It's that crawling-to-the-end-of-year scenario! J x
